We have a 30-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/return.
To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on final sales, discounted, or clearance items.
Fastest way
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
This process can take up to 5-7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
If there are signs of wear, the item is considered damaged & we won't be able to give you a refund. You can purchase a shipping label to have the stained items returned to you or refund will simply not be issued.

International Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, at this moment we cannot exchange items that have been shipped outside the country (U.S).
