📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Fitgods Athletics, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about processing times, shipping options, tracking, and more.
⏳ Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped.
Processing time is separate from the shipping time selected at checkout.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
If you haven’t received a tracking number yet, your order is still being processed.
🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping
- Standard shipping is handled by USPS, UPS, DHL, or a similar carrier.
- Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories will ship via USPS or equivalent.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
📬 Delivery Issues & Claims
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please:
- Contact the carrier within 7 days to file a claim.
- Fitgods is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- We do not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed delivered.
Claims can take up to 30 days depending on the carrier.
🌍 International Shipping
- Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing.
- International delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your country and selected service.
- We ship all international orders DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid) — you may be responsible for customs fees.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
- These charges are not collected by Fitgods Athletics.
- Some countries may charge additional fees at delivery (COD).
- Customs require us to declare the full value of your order on the package.
In rare cases, customs may delay or deny delivery.
